Short version: Some links on Good Cobbler may be affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

What this means

• Affiliate links may point to retailers or brands that sell footwear, shoe-care products or repair services (for example, Amazon or a boot maker's own store).
• We do not currently use any affiliate links. If we add them, this page will list the programs we take part in.
• We label pages that contain affiliate links, and we place a short disclosure close to those links.
• Shops that pay to be featured are labeled Sponsored. Payment never changes the order of the directory, which is always alphabetical.

What it does not change

Listings are checked against each shop's own website, as described in How we verify listings. Whether we earn a commission plays no part in which shops are listed or what we say about them. We don't accept payment for positive reviews.
